Step 1 - Complete the returns form below in full and return it to debits@auroralighting.com with the subject 'Seren Return'.  A member of staff will then be in contact to arrange the return and issue a returns authorisation code.

Step 2 - Add the returns authorisation code on to your returns request form and place in to the parcel.

Step 3 - The parcel must then be returned to Aurora Lighting UK Limited within 14 days of the returns number being issued. (If Aurora are collecting, the courier will arrive with all shipping labels required.)

Step 4 - Upon receipt of the return, Aurora Lighting UK Limited will action any refund / credit note where necessary, within 14 days. Terms & Conditions apply
